Everything was coming out, or so it seemed, the camellia, scillas, dwarf irises, crocuses, the peach tree (nooo it is only February) and the primula’s. All mostly a month early and then
the snow arrived yesterday and it is still snowing as I write this. Back to a monochrome world! At least when it snows this late in the winter you know it can’t last too long, or at least you hope ….

That’s KRAZY!
We have not had rain in more than a month, and none is in the forecast. It was more than 80 degrees today. This is supposed to be our rainy season. Everyone else still gets their winter, but we seem to be nearing summer already. The river is running low while it is supposed to be full. I certainly do not expect snow (since it does not snow) but some sort of wintry weather would be nice.
